Cancellation Policy

ADVANCE RESERVATION CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS are required for all on-site accommodation

  • 1-2 nights, first night’s tariff
  • Over 2 nights, $120-$200 depending on length of stays
  • All group bookings (including sites) must be PAID IN FULL
  • At least two (2) weeks prior to arrival

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

  1. Full refund for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the arrival date
  2. 10% will be retained as a booking fee for cancellations between 7-21 days prior to the arrival date
  3. For cancellations less than seven days prior to the Arrival date – NO REFUND
